Economics in Action: Plowsharing Crafts – Making a Difference around the World
4:45

Video Description: Type of Video:  Story*

Description:  Plowsharing Crafts is part of the growing Fair Trade Mission to help artisans and tradespeople in developing countries.  Facing challenges as a brick and mortar store, the volunteer-run store created by a member of the Mennonite church often takes its good into the community via churches and on the internet.  We talk with volunteers about what drives them to continue this mission and show off some of the unique items including finger puppets, hand-carved elephants and paper products made from Elephant dung.
