Quick Ideas for Using the Video:

  • After watching the video have students research kid friendly websites on the field of meteorology and what it’s like to be a meteorologist. After they have researched and taken notes, allow students to list 3-5 facts they found interesting. Instruct students to create a weather forecast and a map to go along with their research. Have students present their forecasts to your class.
