In Jiu-Jitsu participants often practice something called ” distance management”–the  ability to create space from an attacker.  The goal is to keep the bad guy away from you so he can’t harm you or take you somewhere you don’t to be.  Josh McKinney teaches this concept to kids as young as four all the way up to adults in business self-defense seminars.  Join us to learn about this easy to comprehend and vitally important technique.
