Video Description: America’s rivers are used to transport millions of products every year. To make sure all those goods get to market successfully the US Army Corps of Engineers must maintain the river channels through a variety of different methods.  In this video Edward Brauer, P.E. US Army Corps of Engineers, shares examples of the Corp’s river channeling methods and answers student questions about how the work is done, why certain methods are used in certain places, and how effectively they operate.
