Video Description: New June 2022! The Missouri Botanical Garden’s Butterfly House takes us on a food adventure with a mini-tasting like no other. The power ingredient in its dishes (spoiler alert – bugs!) will demonstrate the potential of this efficient protein source and the importance of insects in our food system. It’s called entomophagy and it’s something about 2 billion people around the world are already doing. You may want to expand your palate after viewing this story.
