Quick Ideas for Using the Video:

  • Before viewing the video ask students what types of weather they prefer, hot, cold, snow, rain, etc. Next ask students to name parts of the world where they think it get the hottest, coldest, most volcanos, etc. Chart the students answers as you discuss as a class. After viewing the video allow students to collaborate with classmates their original thoughts and compare them to what they learned in the video clip.
