Video Description: Professor Dan Kozlowski of Saint Louis University and Lt. Jerry Lohr of the St. Louis County Police Department discuss topics such as an explanation of the Right of Assembly and Petition and landmark Supreme Court cases dealing with each right. They answer student questions about each right and the balancing act between the legal and constitutional aspects of each right and the practical applications of the rights from both the perspective of those marching and the law enforcement community.
