Eagles, butterflies, and bees! Airplanes, helicopters, and drones! The concepts of flight and aviation have fascinated man since he first looked up to the sky. How exactly do nature’s creatures successfully navigate the air currents? And how has man learned from them to create his own amazing crafts of flight? Our aviation resource package invites you and your students to explore these questions and more through videos, activity ideas, lesson plans, reading lists and additional resources all focused on: the principals of flight, examples of flight in action, and interviews with individuals who study flight or do the flying themselves (along with their planes, of course).
