Quick Ideas for Using the Video:

  • For Discussion: Have students act like curators themselves by viewing the video first without sound. What do they notice about the art? How would they describe it? Do they think it’s from one artist, two, or more? Why? How would they describe the exhibition for patrons? Then view the video with sound.
  • Activity Idea: Following up on the discussion question above, have students engage as curators with art created by your class.

*Tours take students to laboratories, studios, workspaces, museums and other diverse “in the field” and community locations related to the area of study.
