You see someone struggling to open a door or an elderly person attempting to carry a heavy object. What do you do? How do you react?   How we interact and respond to these day-to-day situations reflects our character.   The videos and associated materials in this resource package are designed to supplement your schools’ focus on character education. Character Education teaches us the habits that help people live and work together as families, friends, neighbors, communities, and nations. Resources in this package include ways to develop and promote kindness, stories of resilience that can be an example to others, community service initiatives, and a wide variety of other examples of how to be a better friend and neighbor.
